PURPOSE:To realize a signal process using a Josephson circuit, a semiconductor circuit by converting a bipolar pulse signal (bipolar signal) from a SQUID sensor to a unipolar signal. CONSTITUTION:In an embodiment of this invention in claim 1, as shown in Fig.(a) of a principle view, a magnetic field coupling type superconducting gate is connected to an output terminal of a superconducting quantum interference element, and an output pulse signal of the element is fetched through the gate. In a second embodiment of this invention in claim 2, as shown in Fig. (b) of a principle view, a current injection type superconducting gate is connected to the output terminal of the element, and an output pulse signal of the element is produced through the gate. In a third embodiment of the invention in claim 3, as shown in Fig. (c) of a principle view, a magnetic field coupling type superconducting gate is connected after the current injection type superconducting gate, and an output pulse signal of the element is produced through the two gates.
