PURPOSE: To bulge a printing drum of a flexible cylindrical body in a rotary stencil printer by an inner pressing roller more easily and uniformly over the full printing width. ;CONSTITUTION: A flexible porous sheet 20 is wound into a cylindrical body as a main part of a printing drum so that the both side edges thereof can seat on the outer peripheral. surfaces of a pair of ring parts 10a, 10b.
