The method uses a thin outer leaf (1) separated by an air layer (3) from an inner supporting frame (12) with floors (6) and internal walls (5). The outer leaf is connected to the inner frame by hooks (27) which allow for a free vertical and horizontal expansion of the outer leaf. Each hook is in the form of a rod with two vertical ends (25, 26), one of which is sealed inside the outer leaf, while the other is able to slide in an elongated slot (22) in a tie plate embedded in the frame and concrete floor. The internal walls (5) have insulation panels (32) which are joined to the outer leaf by rods (33) passing through the air gap.
