The measuring device has a moisture collection casing having the shape of a glove finger inside which the humidity sensor(2) is mounted . A pipe evacuates the collected water from the casing and returns it back to the casing. The output hole(6) of the pipe(8) is placed sufficiently close to the moisture collection finger(5), so that a water drop can detach itself from the pipe output(6) without connecting the pipe and the finger(5) at the same time. The end(6) of the pipe is chamfered and is positioned half way along the finger(5). Part of the pipe(7,7B) may be set at an angle to the finger(5) or may be parallel to it.
