The obturator has an elliptical thin head (1) and a central body (2) which is cylindrical and an extension axis (3). It has at least two extensible elastic feet (4) connected between them by a wire (5) in a closed position (A) for insertion into the duct. The feet can extend away from each other upon release by a pulling action to a release position. The central axis can be reinforced by another material than the head of the extension axis.
