The dome (3) is fixed to a support (1) which consists of a flat supporting surface (9) with a vertical lip (8) extending downwards. The dome has a flat edge (14) and a raised sloped section (15). There is a plate (4) with an outer L-shaped section (17) which has a vertical flange (18) which is fixed to the vertical lip on the support. Its middle section (19) is aligned with the flat section of the dome. At the inner end of the L there is a sloped extension (20) which rests against the sloped section of the dome. A rivet (5) passes through a groove (16) in the sloped section to hold it in place.
