The object of the invention is a safety cover for aerosol bomb with vertical outlet, in particular for building and public works comprising a body (16) on which is fixed a dome (18) fixed by a crimp (20), said dome being equipped with a cup (26) in which a valve (24) is mounted, this cup being secured to the dome by a crimp (28), the valve also comprising a diffuser tube (30), as well as a diffuser (32) enabling the diffuser tube to be actuated by pressure, which is characterized in that it comprises a fixed dome (12) with means (40) for connection to the setting (28) of the cup (26) and a movable dome (14), of profile conjugated to that of the fixed dome with an access opening (48), and mounted for rotation relative to the fixed dome, this movable dome being able to take at least two extreme positions.
