Facing for laboratory building or food production building

The facing has two perforated sandwich panels (1) which are prefabricated and mounted in front of the walls to be covered by anchors (3-6) and by couplings between the panels. The prefabricated panels are each made from a frame (8) of extruded foam plastics material between two skins of rigid plastics (9). The skin facing towards the interior of the building can be covered by a rigid plastics layer satisfying food safety standards. The rigid plastics layers can be made of coextruded plastics with the lining layer glued in place. The panels can be held in place by U-shaped hooks with unequal length legs which are fastened by screws.
