The storage container for a product (2) containing a volatile component comprises a hollow bottom (1) and a sealed cover (3). The bottom comprises an external wall (5) sealed against the component and an internal wall (6) permeable to the component. These two walls are connected in a sealed manner and enclose a body (8) constituted by the volatile component.The volatile component can be sterilised water, pure silicon or pure isoparaffin.
