PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce recovered waste paper recycling pellets by using a dry method which does not generate wastewater and sludge. ;SOLUTION: This recovered waste paper recycling pellet granulator is constituted of an agitator 30 which mixes a raw material consisting only of recovered waste paper powder and thermoplastic synthetic resin pellets or particles in a regular ratio and agitate it uniformly, a quantitative feeder 40 for feeding a regular amount of the raw material supplied from the agitator 30, an extruder 50 which heats/kneads the raw material fed from the feeder 40 with water removed, molds it into a plate, is equipped with a team removing apparatus 60, and has an extruding port of a T-die, a cooling roller 70 which compresses the plate extruded from the extruder 50 and cools it, a mesh conveyer 80 which conveys the plate fed from the roller 70 while the plate is being cooled, and an angular pellet production apparatus 90 which cuts the plate conveyed from the conveyer 80 into pellets.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
