PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colorable resin composition which has high photosensitive properties such as photosensitivity, etc., and efficiently colors or discolors the produced pattern through heat treatment, a sensitizing solution and photosensitive element using this, a colored image and preparation process of a panel for color filters. ;SOLUTION: The photosensitive colorable resin composition comprises a resin, a monomer containing a photopolymerizable unsaturated bond within the molecule, a photoinitiator and a substance comprising a fluorane compound, phthalide compound, phenothiazine compound or triphenyl methane compound and a heat-acid generator which develops color or is discolored by heat. A panel for color filters is prepared by using this resin composition and a sensitizing solution or photosensitive element to form a colored image-forming material as a film on a substrate, irradiating with an active ray in the form of the image, photocuring the exposed part, removing the non-exposed part through development and then forming a black matrix through color development or discoloration treatment by heating after exposure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
