RESIN COMPOSITION FOR INSULATION TREATMENT OF MOTOR OF REFRIGERATING MACHINE, MOTOR OF REFRIGERATING MACHINE USING THE SAME, AND REFRIGERATING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for insulation treatment of a motor of a refrigerating machine, in which R-407C, R-410A and an ester-based synthetic oil are used, restraining deterioration of the ester-based synthetic oil (a phenomenon of increase of an acid value) and showing good resistance to a refrigerant, a motor of a refrigerating machine having a coil insulation-treated with the composition, and a refrigerating machine. ;SOLUTION: The resin composition for insulation treatment of a motor of refrigerating machine comprises (A) 70-100 pts.wt. of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin or a bisphenol F type epoxy resin having and epoxy equivalent of 150-195, (B) 30-0 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin having viscosity of not more than 1.0 poise at 25°C and (C) 1-10 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the components (A) and (B), of an imidazole compound. The motor of refrigerating machine has a coil insulation-treated with the resin composition for insulation treatment. The refrigerating machine includes the motor of the refrigerating machine which uses R-407C and R-410A as a refrigerant and the ester-based synthetic oil as a lubricant oil and has a coil insulation-treated with the compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
