PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate expander provided on a female member and simplify the structure of the female member by buckling and deforming the to-be- expanded diameter member of a male member for connecting the end face of a segment disposed before and behind by pressing. ;SOLUTION: The fixing bolt 6 of a male member 3 is inserted in a through hole 8 provided on the connection frame 1a of the rear end of a first segment 1 to be fixed with a double nut 9, and the cylinder member 13 of a large diameter is integrally formed on the rear of an fitting hole 11 provided on the connection frame 2a of the front end of a second segment to be made a female member 4. The to-be-expanded diameter member 5 of the male member 3 is formed of relatively deformable material such as aluminum, copper, lead, thin steel material. When the to-be-expanded diameter member 5 is inserted in the fitting hole 11 to press both the segments 1, 2, the edge of the diameter member 5 is abutted on the abutting part 16 of the cylindrical member 13 to produce buckling deformation, diameter expanding is performed along an inner peripheral face 12 to be locked in a locking face 15, and escape is made impossible.
