PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat treating method and equipment guaranteed equally high efficiency, in a pyrolytic process of a waste product. ;SOLUTION: In a low temperature carbonizing combustion equipment of the waste product, the number of revolution Nz of a screw conveyer for feeding the waste product to a pyrolytic room is controlled with a fuzzy system 19 in order to obtain an uniform pyrolytic process without having any relation to the quality of a charged waste product. As an important input quantity to the fuzzy system 19, the temperature Ts of the pyrolytic gas G and/or the quantity led from the temperature are utilized. On an economical viewpoint or also on an ecological viewpoint, the whole pyrolytic process is effectively affected by controlling the number of revolution Nz of the screw conveyer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
