摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly concentrated aqueous gamma-aminobutyric acid solution produced from rice bran as a main raw material, to provide colorless transparent washing water obtained by purifying cloudy rice-washed water drained on the washing of rice, and to provide a highly concentrated aqueous gamma-aminobutyric acid solution produced from sodium glutamate and so on as raw materials. SOLUTION: A colorless, transparent and highly concentrated aqueous rice bran gamma-aminobutyric acid solution is obtained by immersing rice bran in deaerated water heated at a prescribed temperature for a long time, filtering the mixture, and subsequently decoloring and clearing the filtrate plentifully containing amino acids, vitamins and inorganic substances. Colorless and transparent rice-washed water is obtained by adjusting the pH of cloudy rice-washed water and subsequently subjecting the water to filtration, heating, stirring, precipitating, sterilizing and cooling treatments. A highly concentrated aqueous gamma-aminobutyric acid solution is obtained by immersing sodium glutamate in dissolved oxygen-removed water having a controlled pH for a constant time, and subsequently adding a crude enzyme to the water.
