PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scale increase of a light switch while securing the reliability of a system by providing 1st to 3rd optical path switching means. ;SOLUTION: Input terminals 1-1 to 1-m and output terminals 7-1 to 7-m are respectively connected to desired other stations (node) and the transmission path of each optical signal is optionally set by the path setting of n×n light switches. The other outputs of 1×2 light switches 2-1 to 2-m are connected to m×1 light switch 8, inputted to a spare system receiving circuit 'Rx (P)' of p pieces of optical transmission devices 15-1 to 15-p through 1×p light switch 13 and constructs a detour circuit for protection.
