PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high gas barrier properties by forming a metallic anchor- deposited layer having a specified range of average film thickness under glow discharging on a base composed of a polyester film, providing an aluminum- deposited layer having a specified range of film thickness thereon, and providing a deposited resin layer having a specified range of thickness. ;SOLUTION: A metallic anchor-deposited layer having 0.1-1 nm film thickness under glow discharging is formed on at least one side of a polyester film. An aluminum-deposited layer having 20-100 nm film thickness is provided on the metallic anchor-deposited layer, and a deposited resin layer having 10-100 nm thickness is provided thereon. In this constitution, falling of the aluminum- deposited layer from the film is prevented by the metallic anchor-deposited layer, and bond strength of the aluminum-deposited layer to the polyester film is improved, and falling of the aluminum caused by winding can be prevented by the deposited resin layer. Thereby, deposited bond strength, and resistance to scratching of the deposited surface can be improved, and gas barrier properties can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
