PIN HOLE REPAIRING JIG AND PIN HOLE REPAIRING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and perfectly close a pin hole and to improve appearance after repairing by furnishing a pin hole expansion tool, an inside rivet to fasten a core in accordance with extraction of the expansion tool and an outside rivet. ;SOLUTION: A head end part 21b is drilled and pierced in a pin hole b and expanded by setting a drilling and piercing member 21 on an expansion tool 21. The drilling and piercing member 21a is extracted, and an inside rivet 24 with an adhesive 31 applied on it is inserted into a packing umbrella part 28a. A packing 28 is projected with a plug part 26 from a head end part 23a of the expansion tool and projected into the inside of a hose (a). When the expansion tool 21 is extracted, the hose (a) contracts in diameter by elastic restoring force and fastens a core 25. The core 25 is drawn to the front and the plug part 26 is connected to a peripheral edge part of the pin hole (b) through the packing 28. Thereafter, an outside rivet 29 with the adhesive 31 applied to it is fitted from the base end side of the core 25, and after an engagement step part is press fitted and engaged with a ring protruded part 27a, the core 25 is cut off from a cutting groove 27b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
