PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat dyskinesia accompanying the dopamine agonist therapy by administrating an AMPA receptor antagonist to mammals. SOLUTION: The treatment for dyskinesia is carried out by administrating an effective amount of the compound which belongs to the group consisting of (A): (S)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-[2-(5-diethylaminomethyl-2-fluoro-phenyl)-vin yl]-6- fluoro-3H-quinazolin-4-one or the like, (B): (S)-6-fluoro-2-[2-(2-fluorophenyl)- vinyl]-3-(2-methylpyridin-3-yl)-3H-quinazolin-4-one or the like and (C): 3-(2- chlrophenyl)-6-fluoro-2-(2-pyridin-2-yl-vinyl)-3H-quinazolin-4-one or the like or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt to mammals, e.g. Homo sapiens Linne.
