METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CLASSIFICATION OF ERYTHROCYTE IN URINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hemorrhage portion specifiable by obtaining a characteristic amount indicating a size of erythrocyte in urine and a feature amount indicating the degree of deformation from an image thereof, setting a threshold value, and classifying normal erythrocyte from a plurality of deformed ones. ;SOLUTION: The image feature amount is calculated from each divided area as a target area by an area dividing part 132, by a feature calculation part 133. As the feature amount, numerical by expressed values of the size of target area, degree of deformation, color tone, texture, etc., are used. The image feature amount of each target area is input to a pattern recognition part 134, and the target componets are classified into erythrocyte, eucocyte, squamous eprthedium cell, etc. From the target image feature amounts classified into erythrocyte, the feature amount indicating the size and the feature amount indicating the degree of deformation are input to an erythrocyte classification part 136, then thereat the erythrocyte are classified into nomal one and deformed ones, and the result of classification is made by a counting part 135.
