COMPOSITION DESIGN METHOD OF STABILIZATION SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly design composition of stabilization soil and to improve accuracy of a blending test performed based on the result by considering that a part of injected stabilizer is in order discharged as a part of stabilization soil. ;SOLUTION: This composition design method is formed out of a cutting and stirring mixing part fitted with an endless cutter bit chain 2 onto the outer circumference of a cutter post 1 circulatable in the vertical direction, and an execution main body 3 having a gate frame. While pressing the endless cutter bit chain 2 against the natural ground, the execution main body 3 is horizontally moved. Simultaneously by jetting stabilization liquid from a built-in nozzle of the post 1, an underground continuous wall is formed. At this time, the whole volume is increased by injection of the stabilization liquid, and earth and sand which can not be received in a cutting groove hole is discharged. Namely, cutting, injection, mixing, stirring, discharging are simultaneously performed in the groove hole, and composition of the generated treated soil is computed. Hereby, composition of the stabilization soil is grasped, and hence accuracy of the blending test can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
