FLUID POWER GENERATOR, WIND POWER GENERATOR, AND THE FLUID POWER GENERATOR AND THE WIND POWER GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator which has no movable sections and is able to generate power safely, even when the flow rate of a fluid is high (typhoons, tropical cyclones and the like). SOLUTION: This fluid power generator is provided with a nearly egg-shaped semi-submerged float 1 which increases the flow rate by a top section coming out on the surface of the sea and generates negative pressure with respect the roughly flat surface of the sea, a water pipe 2 which vertically passes through the center of the semi-submerged float 1 and in which sea water is allowed to flow by the negative presure, pairs of facing electrodes 4 located in the water pipe 2 vertical with respect to the flow of the sea water, and magnetic flux supplying means (magnets and the like) for generating magnetic flux which is vertical both to the flow of the sea water and to the facing direction of the electrodes between each pairs of facing electrodes. Due to this structure, non-conductive air (wind) causes a stream in the conductive sea water and magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) power generation is conducted with the sea water.
