PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form layers with filaments in specified combination and cover a synthetic resin surface coating layer for good hitting feelings and excellent durability and repulsiveness. ;SOLUTION: A racket gut has a core component 2 formed from a synthetic resin monofilament, a middle layer 3 in which plural monofilaments 3a with the diameter being smaller than the monofilament in the core component 2 are arranged outside the core component 2 and adhesive 3b is filled among the monofilaments 3a, an outer layer 4 in which synthetic fiber multifilaments 4a of 20-60 wt.% per all fiber amount are arranged outside the middle layer 3 and adhesive 4b is filled in gaps among the multifilaments 4a and a surface coating layer 5 formed of synthetic resin to cover the outer periphery of the outer layer 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
