METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING CAUSE FOR UNREALIZABLE PLAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radical measure from the point of a view for total optimization by outputting data concerning possible causes from changes in input data obtained by calculating the difference between the inputted data of the last-time and that in the present planning and extracting inputted data which made a plan unrealizable, so as to grasp which job is a problem. SOLUTION: A data collecting means 23 records information on the production planning result of outputted data of a production planning system 100 and the item master of inputted data used for planning in a data base device 21. A cause extracting means 24 outputs information on a cause of a non- producible product in the newest production plan from the newest and last-time production planning results and from inputted information used for planning so as to record the information in the device 21. Then, a cause analyzing means 25 presents information, which is obtained by analyzed information through a data inputting and outputting device 22 by giving the totalling, time-series sorting, etc., to the information on the cause of the stored unrealizable plans, to an analyzing person.
