MANUFACTURE OF NORMAL PRESSURE THICK FOAM OF POLYOLEFIN RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a normal pressure thick foam of polyolefin resin by which it is possible to manufacture the normal pressure thick foam which has a high interlayer adhesive strength and can be recycled, at high productivity. ;SOLUTION: A normal pressure thin foam with a gel molar fraction of 18% or less is manufactured using a polyolefin resin with a melt point of 160°C. This foam is retained at a temperature of 230°C from a time of normal pressure foaming, and plural pieces of the foam are laminated together into a single piece to obtain the normal pressure thick foam of polyolefin resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
