PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an object caught in a photograph to be clearly confirmed with eyes and to be pictured in oil paints on the surface of the photograph correctly and in a short time. ;SOLUTION: This method for drawing a painting by which an oil painting is drawn on the surface of a photograph adopts a step to produce a painting based on a photograph 4. The highlights of this method are such that in addition to the conventional painting drawing step to fix a canvas 2 to a wooden frame 1 with nails, transparent films sheets 3, 5 to which an adhesive is applied are laminated anew under pressure to the front and the back face of the photograph 4 respectively using a press which is electrically heated and the adhesive is applied to the transparent film sheet 3 laminated to the back face of the photograph 4 and further, the sheet 3 is laminated to the canvas 2 using the press which is electrically heated. Next, a transparent resin coating 6 is applied to the transparent film sheet 4 laminated to the front face of the photograph 4, and a conventionally specified oil paint is used to finish a painting 7 through drawing steps such as interdrawing and finishing drawing, while checking the object, visualized through the transparent resin coat, on its surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
