ASSEMBLY BODY OF TONGUE-IMPLANTED CONTAINER WITHOUT HOLDER MEMBER AND CAP UNIT, AND COLLAR BODY THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism in which a valve mechanism is neither deformed nor damaged when a cap unit is screwed even without a holder member. ;SOLUTION: A tongue 8 formed of a flexible sheet is implanted approximately upward in an opening edge of a container 4, and an annular part 54 of a valve mechanism 5 is elastically and durably held between an upper surface of an inner ring 43 and the tongue 8 while the tongue 8 is pushed and bent inward by a shelf-like part 1x₁ of an outer cylindrical part 1x to constitute a cap unit 1. In a modified embodiment, a collar body 7 which is fitted to at least a mouth and neck part of a general container 4 is used in place of the general container 4. The turn of the outer cylindrical part is not transmitted to the valve mechanism, its deformation or breakage is eliminated, and the parts number of an assembly and the man hour can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
