PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device of the remaining volume of transfusion which can automatically check the volume of transfusion remaining in transfusion containers of plural kinds by simple operations without setting values corresponding to the plural kinds of transfusion containers or operating based on the set values. ;SOLUTION: When transfusion is started from a transfusion container 16, the weight of the transfusion container 16 is detected by a transfusion container weight detecting device 50, then based on the weight detected by the transfusion container weight detecting device 50 at the start of transfusion, the weight of the transfusion container 16 when the use of the container is finished is determined as a transfusion finish judgement standard value by a transfusion finish judgement standard value determining means 126 in relation to plural kinds of corresponding relations memorized in a corresponding relation memory means 122. And when the weight of the transfusion container 16, which is detected by the transfusion container weight detecting device 50 from time to time during the transfusion, reaches the determined transfusion finish judgement standard value, the finish of the transfusion is judged by a transfusion finish judging means 128, and transfusion finish signals SF, indicating the finish of transfusion, are outputted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
