SERVICE ENTRANCE OF BUILDING AND WATERPROOF PAN FOR SERVICE ENTRANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient seal effect and increase productivity by arranging a waterproof pan at the dirt floor in a sevice entrance and putting an airtight member made of a foamed body between the waterproof pan and the peripheral floor members. ;SOLUTION: An airtight member 2 stuck on the rear face of the flange 13 of a waterproof pan 1 is put between the side walls 11 of the waterproof pan 1 and a floor member 3 to seal the gap between the side walls 11 and the floor member 3 with the airtight member 2. The airtight member 2 stuck on the outside face of the side walls 12 of the waterproof pan 1 is put between a beam 4 and the side walls 12 of the waterproof pan 1 to seal the gap between the beam 4 and the side walls 12. In this case, a sill 51 made of aluminum is attached to a sill core member 5 and an airtight member 2 is put between the sill 51 and the upper end of the side wall 12 to keep the gap between the sill 51 and the upper end of the side wall 12 in a sealed condition. Accordingly, the airtight member 2 made of a foamed body is put between the waterproof pan 1 and the peripheral floor members 3 when executing the structure. In this way, the curing time of the peripheral masking or caulking materials is not required and hence, the productivity is increased and the seal effect can be secured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
