PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planning method for an ice storage tank operating program to introduce an optimizing method using a non-linear planning method having further rationalization properties instead of trial and error approach and to provide an ice storage tank operating program planning operation system to plan a rational operating program to plan a rational operation program, operate an actual heat storage tank through an on-line, and manage the starting and a stop of the cooling device of an ice storage tank. ;SOLUTION: An ice storage tank program planning operating system comprises a heat storage tank 10; a computer 15 having an interface 14; a cooling device 20 consisting of a cooling coil 11 in a heat storage tank 10 and a condenser 12 and a compressor 13 arranged outside a heat storage tank; an air-conditioning thermal load 16; the computer 15; and a measuring instrument group consisting of a heat storage tank temperature sensor T1, an ice quantity sensor S, a flow rate sensor Q, a supply passage temperature sensor T2, a return passage temperature T3, and an outside air temperature sensor T4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
