PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transportation and setting of panel members at a construction site. ;SOLUTION: After first floor part horizontal members such as sills 83 and sleepers 84 are arranged and fixed onto foundations 81, posts 82, and the like, panel members laminated and integrated by lifting hardware 60, 60 are transported to an allocation position of the lowermost panel member with a member number 1-1-1 using a machine such as a crane or a wrecker for setting. Nut members are then rotated to loosen clamping of the panel members 1-1-1-1-1-2 from the upper and lower sides by the lifting hardware 60, and the hardware 60 is rotated by 90° and pulled out. Small lifting hardware 70 are mounted to the uppermost panel member 1-1-2 and lifted using the machine such as the crane to transport it to the allocation position.
