MEASURING METHOD FOR TEMPERATURE OF KILN EXHAUST GAS IN FIRING APPARATUS OF CEMENT RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a measuring method in which the precipitation of a solid deposit is prevented in an opening part inside the rear of a kiln and in which the temperature of a kiln exhaust gas flowing inside the rear of the kiln can be measured for a long period precisely and stably. SOLUTION: An additional compressed-air blowoff port 3a and an additional compressed-air blowoff port 3b are installed at the upper and the lower part of an opening part inside the rear of a kiln at a double-tube-type insertion tube which is used in conventional cases and which is composed of an inside tube 4 and of a cooling-water jacket 7. Compressed air is blown off to the tip part of the insertion tube from here. The deposition of a solid substance is prevented at the upper part and the lower part of the opening part inside the rear of the kiln. Thereby, it is possible to measure the temperature of a kiln exhaust gas inside the rear of the kiln.
