PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a set-off phenomenon at the time of web offset printing of a newspaper roll or noncoated printing paper, to give a friction-resistant performance to the surface of printing paper and to obtain a print of high grade. ;SOLUTION: In a printing method of using a newspaper roll or noncoated printing paper and printing it by a web offset printing press, a water-based dispersion containing polyolefin wax of an average particle size 80-300 nm by 5-50 wt.% is applied on the surface of printing paper at the time when offset ink is in an undried state after roll-fed offset printing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
