PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance the natural healing power intrinsically possessed by man by printing and storing a specific wave motion and emitting slight wave motion energy. ;SOLUTION: A natural rock springwater is used and the wave motion energy of minus millivolts possessed by this water is printed and stored in the spectacle parts or spectacle frame. The natural rock springwater is heated and stirred for a prescribed time in the state of mixing a liquid A and a liquid B and a catalyst is incorporated therein during the course thereof and thereafter, the spectacle parts are naturally cooled. While the heating temp. and heating time vary with the material of the spectacle parts, the heating for 1 to 2 hours at 40 to 85°C is adequate. The natural cooling time after the treatment is made as long as 12 to 24 hours. The liquid A is prepd. by adding an emulsified liquid and natural active enzyme to the natural. rock springwater which is a base. The natural rock springwater is the natural water having the wave motion and possesses about minus 10 to 300 millivolts.
