PRODUCTION OF SEGMENT MADE OF SLIGHTLY CALCIUM LEACHING CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amts. of calcium hydroxide and low crystalline calcium silicate hydrate formed in hydrate of concrete by adjusting the calcium and silicon contents of a binder and carrying out autoclave treatment. ;SOLUTION: The calcium and silicon contents of a binder used in concrete are adjusted. The ratio between calcium and silicon consumed in hydration reaction in a concrete hardening step is adjusted so that one or more minerals are formed without forming calcium hydroxide and low crystalline calcium silicate hydrate when concrete causes hydration reaction by autoclave treatment. Concrete contg. the resultant binder is kneaded and subjected to autoclave treatment to accelerate hydration reaction. The leaching of calcium ions from the produced concrete member can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
