PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise transmitted through the high-speed bus and to suppress ringing at a rise of a waveform by providing the high-speed bus with the high-speed bus driver and connecting a noise absorbing means to the waveform output part of the high-speed bus driver. ;SOLUTION: The high-speed bus driver is characterized by that a pull-up resistance 12 is connected to the drain terminal of a MOS transistor 11 as an open-drain buffer and the pull-up resistance 12 is made to serve as the noise absorbing means for absorb noise which can be superposed on the waveform of the waveform output part 13 by connecting its one end to the waveform output part 13 and supplying a pull-up potential to the other end. Arrangement on a high-speed bus driver high-speed bus like this is performed. Consequently, noise transmitted through the high-speed value can be removed and ringing at a raise of the waveform can be suppressed, so high-speed data transfer becomes possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
