PROBLEM RESOLUTION SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM RECORDED WITH PROBLEM RESOLUTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a problem resolution system capably of reducing the load of a whole system and to provide a computer readable storage medium on which a problem resolution program is recorded. SOLUTION: This system has a user terminal 10 for outputting a problem as problem data W, a pseudo blackboard part 12 having a blackboard function into which the problem and respective answers obtained from answer data A1-An are written, agents 131-13n having a registration function for registering registration information to the pseudo blackboard part 12, a deletion function for deleting registered registration information and a problem resolution function for obtaining the answer of the problem by using problem resolution data previously stored in respective storage parts and required for solving the problem, and registry 14 for storing registration information data E1-En. The pseudo blackboard part 12 selects the agent fitted for solving the problem from the agents 131-13n based on registration information data E1-En and allows the pertinent agent to solve the problem.
