PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a splash preventive implement for mud water of a footgear capable of easily fitted to the heel part of various forms of footgears in rainy weather or to the supports on a geta (wooden clog) or sandal with a simple structure, and effectively preventing the rearward splash of rainwater or mud collected on a road in walking in rainy weather. ;SOLUTION: A splash preventive implement whose base material is a tape- shaped sheet is made up of an adhesive part 2 provided on one side in the width direction along the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of tongue pieces 5 with narrow fordable width provided on the other side at the same longitudinal direction. If necessary, respective tongue pieces 5 are previously bent outward at the base part thereof, and inward at the end part, or they are made in a state only the end parts thereof are previously bent inward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
