PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit that balances delivery and suction. SOLUTION: A charge/discharge circuit 1 of a charge pump circuit includes a delivery circuit 2 that conducts charging in response to a 1st pulse signal UP and a suction circuit 3 that discharges in response to a 2nd pulse signal DN. The charge/discharge circuit 1 uses a connecting point between the delivery circuit 2 and the suction circuit 3 as an output terminal and outputs a voltage output signal Co based on the charging and discharging operations fro the terminal. A detection circuit 4 connects to the output terminal to detect a state of the delivery circuit 2 and the suction circuit 3 and outputs a control signal in response to the detection result. A correction circuit 5 controls the delivery circuit 2 and the suction circuit 3 based on the control signal.
