PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an accurate product with high reliability by constituting a male punching die of elastic material such as rubber mounted inside a form plate for sandwiching it between a pair of holder constituting materials of spit right and left substantially symmetrical shape of hard material and a holder body mounted at an inside surface of the plate. ;SOLUTION: Holder constituting materials 10A are screw-clamped at predetermined positions of inside surfaces of a front plate 5 and rear plate 6. And, a mounting base of a male punching die 8 of the other holder constituting material 10B are superposed at the other sides of the base of the die 8 to be mounted at a foam plate 1. Concrete is placed in an interval K formed between an insert component 7 in a form plate 1 and an inner surface of the plate 1 to form a box culvert 2 of a concrete product A. After the concrete is cured and solidified, the plate 1 is disassembled, the product A is released, and molded. The die 8 of a different material can be simply efficiently mounted at the plate 1 with high dimensional accuracy to be adapted to long time use, and accurate product with reliability can be molded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
