METHOD OF CONVEYING CONVEYED MATERIAL SUCH AS CONCRETE AT DOWN GRADE, AND METHOD OF CLEANING CONVEYING PIPE USED FOR CONVEYANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey conveyed material such as concrete without force-feeding, generating no separation of aggregate in a conveying pipe laid at a down grade and to clean the conveying pipe without disassembling the conveying pipe after completing conveyance. ;SOLUTION: In this conveying method, a conveying pipe A protrusively provided with conveying-kneading blades in a helically wound state on the inner peripheral surface is piped at a down grade, and the conveying pipe A is rotated to convey conveyed material such as concrete while kneading it by the conveying-kneading blades. In a cleaning method, a cleaning valve B is disposed at the conveyance terminal end of the conveying pipe A protrusively provided with the conveying-kneading blades in the helically wound state on the inner peripheral surface, and the conveying pipe A is rotated in the open state of the cleaning valve B to convey the conveyed material such as concrete. After conveyance is completed, the cleaning valve B is closed, and wash water W is led into the conveying pipe A to rotate the conveying pipe A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
