PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concept relation data base system which can be applied to a wide field by constructing a general-purpose concept relation data base having high expression ability and abundant flexibility and using it. SOLUTION: A 'concept relation expression' shown in a drawing is filled in the concept relation data base. The 'concept relation expression' shows two 'concept elements' by connecting them by 'concept relation' surrounded by [ ]. The 'concept relation' can show words regulating the 'concept relation' and can incidentally show tense, an auxiliary verb and feeling. A true value showing the concept relation can also be added. Then, ';' is given at the last of the 'concept relation expression'.
