PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a desired information transfer speed of a data communication system even if electronic ranges and other external interference sources are increased by detecting output timings of electromagnetic waves that are outputted from plural devices and controlling the output timings of plural devices so that the time difference of detected output timings may be small. SOLUTION: Electronic ranges 1 to 3 output electromagnetic waves only in a half period of a commercial alternating current power supply period. Then, if timings in which the ranges 1 to 3 output electromagnetic waves are matched to the same timing, the half period of the commercial alternating current power supply period can eliminate the effect of the electronic range interference and if communication is performed when the ranges 1 to 3 do not output electromagnetic waves, about half of transmission capability can be secured. An electromagnetic detector 10 checks whether or not the output timings of the ranges 1 to 3 are matched and if they are not matched, the output timings are matched by reversing a method for inserting the power supply plugs of the ranges 1 to 3.
