PRODUCTION OF THERMAL VULCANIZATION TYPE SILICONE RUBBER COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a large quantity of silicone rubber compound excellent in dispersing characteristics for material components in a short period of time. ;SOLUTION: This silicone rubber compounds obtained by supplying basic components consisting of (A) 100 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane, (B) 5-100 pts.wt. of a reinforcing silicone filler, and (C) 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a processing auxilliary, to a batch enclosed mixer and mixing at ≤150°C. The mixture obtained is supplied to a kneader mixer and subjecting the mixture to heating treatment at 150-250°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
