TREATMENT OF LEES OF SYOUTYUU (LOW-CLASS DISTILLED SPIRITS) AND TREATING APPARATUSES THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing cost and to utilize treated less of SYOUTYUU (distilled spirits) as a feed for domestic animals and a fertilizer for agricultural products, by efficiently treating the lees of distilled spirits in the waste liquor of lees of class distilled spirits in a short time. SOLUTION: This treating apparatus comprises a hopper tank 1 for throwing the waste liquor of distilled spirits into it, a tank 2 equipped with a cylindrically standing wire mesh 8, a rotary dispersing machine 3 obtained by standing a great number of bars on the circumference of a revolving shaft, fitting the revolving shaft to a cylindrical case and inclining the cylindrical case and a transporting conveyor 4. The waste liquor is thrown into the hopper tank, mixed with rice bran, bran of another grain and ground stems and leaves of grain, sent to the wire mesh 8 in the tank, stored, water is roughly discharged from the operating the mesh to the outside of the tank, the pasty lees of low- class distilled spirits are discharged by opening a valve 10, dropped to the rotary dispersing machine 3, dispersed in a granular state by the rotation of the revolving shaft 12 of the rotary dispersing machine, transported by a conveyor 4 and dried.
