HALF-PRECAST FLOOR SLAB AND FLOOR STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by partially driving a driving material using a steel plate as a main element to a precast concrete slab, in which a side face is formed in a recessed shape or a projecting shape. ;SOLUTION: Driving materials 20 are driven partially to a precast concrete slab 10, in which a recessed section 11 and a projecting section 12 are formed to side faces, and a half-precase floor slab A is constituted. The driving materials 20 are bent in a chevron shape, and configured by arranging a plurality of rows of members, in which reinforcing bars 22a, 22b, 22c are welded on the insides of each apex of steel plates 21, to which opening sections as concrete flow paths are formed, and welding a plurality of the reinforcing bars 22d at lower ends. The recessed sections 11 and projecting sections 12 of the adjacent floor boards A are fitted and the floor boards A are installed between beams, upper end bars and connecting bars, etc., are arranged, and concrete is placed in a cast-in-place manner and unified with the concrete slabs 10 at the time of the execution of works. Accordingly, the driving material is designed and worked simply and cost can be reduced, the generation of a stepped section in the underside of the slab can be prevented, and the labor of the execution of works can be saved, and rigidity and strength can be increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
