AUTOMATIC RETURN DEVICE OF DREGS AND SEDIMENT TO BE RETURNED IN STEEP SLOPE CONVEYER FOR SEWERAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scrape dregs and sediment dropped from the conveyer belt of a steep slope conveyer device, and accumulated, and return them to the carrier side of a conveyer line. ;SOLUTION: This steep slope conveyer device 1 has a return trough 2 and a scraper 3. The endless belt of the steep slope conveyer device 1 is a corrugate side conveyer 8, and it carries dregs and sediment received from an input port 13 to the carried C side of a conveyer line 7, discharges them through an output port 14, and then, it returns to a return R side, and repeats the circulation. The return trough 2 is provided on the return R side of the conveyer line 7, while the scraper 3 is attached to the corrugate side conveyer 8 without being removed from the output port 14. Then, the scraper 3 scrapes the dregs and the sediment dropped on the return trough 2 on the way of movement, and returns them in the corrugate side conveyer 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
