PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate a toll while exactly grasping a road utilized. ;SOLUTION: The toll is automatically calculated while exactly grasping the utilization of a toll road by a receiver for measuring the location from the radio waves of an artificial satellite G, on board computer 2 for recording the position of a vehicle together with time or the like while being linked with this receiver, control pad 29 for inputting leaving/entering at the exit/entrance of the toll road, IC card 3 for recording leaving/entering the toll road, and an office computer for calculating the toll of that toll road by reading data on the IC card 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
