PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection technique improved in workability and its device by constructing both of suspension and pressing works using hardwares common to both the works when an underground buried article is filled back using fluidization processed soil. ;SOLUTION: A paint coating inspection is made on a gas pipe line 12 exposed out of an underground construction hole, after that, a protection band is wound around the whole of the circumference of the pipe line, a suspension wire 22 is installed to the circumference of the lower half of the pipe line, and a pressing wire 25 is also installed to the circumference of its upper half so as to allow the suspension wire 22 to be connected with the pressing wire 23 using each jig 24, furthermore, each lower bar steel 27 is raised up from each jig 24, meanwhile, each upper bar steel 30 is hanged down from a lining structure 11, a and each upper bar steel 30 is connected with each lower bar steel 27 using each turnbuckle 33 so as to allow both a suspension protection and a floating-up protection countermeasure to be formed up in advance, and subsequently, the gas pipe line 12 is filled back by filling fluidization processed soil 16 therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
