RESTORATIVE MATERIAL FOR PERFORATION OF DRUM MEMBRANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a restorative material for perforation of a drum membrane with an excellent drum membrane regenerating function and to use it by a convenient operation by coating a chitin nonwoven fabric consisting of a chitin fiber and a solid binder with a liq. paste to use it as the restorative material for perforation of a drum membrane. ;SOLUTION: A chitin nonwoven fabric consisting of a chitin fiber and a solid binder is coated with a liq. paste to prepare a restorative material for perforation of a drum membrane. In addition, as the solid binder and the liq. paste, polyvinyl alcohol is used. This restorative material for perforation of a drum membrane has an excellent drum membrane regenerating function and can be used by a convenient operation. In addition, it exhibits adhesiveness for a long time and it is unnecessary to exchange it or to stick it again before curing and it is possible to make non-operationally perforation of the drum membrane under enclosed condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
